You take a live selfie in the app. Our AI checks it's a real live capture (not a photo of a photo) and matches it against your profile pictures. Pass and you get the verified badge; edge cases go to human review within 24 hours.
Yes — Incognito mode (Gold and Premium) hides you from the discovery deck while keeping your existing chats alive. Deleting is separate and permanent, under Settings → Account.

The score weighs shared interests, profile completeness, and activity. More filled-in profiles with overlapping interests rank higher in each other's decks — so pick interests honestly.
A super like pings the other person immediately with an optional intro message, before they'd naturally see you in their deck. Every tier gets a daily allowance; packs are available if you run out.
When a debate or Free-to-Talk request is accepted, both of you enter a 6-hour focused chat room. When time's up, each side privately picks: Date, Friend, or Leave. Matching picks create a permanent connection; otherwise the chamber quietly disappears. Your existing matches are never affected.
Free accounts have daily limits to keep conversations intentional (and spam out). Limits reset at midnight; Light, Gold, and Premium raise or remove them.
Buna tab → Create Table. Pick a topic, tags, seat count (up to 12), and neighborhood. Tables run for 24 hours by default — as host you can extend, close, or (once it's thriving) make it permanent.
Chat pauses for everyone. The host sees the paused table and can extend it or close it for good. Nobody's messages are lost while it's paused.

Return to the app — activation usually lands within seconds of payment. If it's still missing after a minute, your payment is safe: email support@qallak.com with your phone number and payment time, and we'll credit it manually.
You can upgrade any time — the new tier starts immediately. Downgrades take effect when your current plan expires, so you never lose time you've paid for.
Plans are paid month-to-month through Chapa. You'll always see a payment screen before being charged again — no silent renewals.
