1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Qallak account or accessing our services, you agree to enter a legally binding contract with Qallak. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account or access the application.
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of major changes via email or direct app notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
To register an account or use Qallak services, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You have never been convicted of a felony or crimes involving harassment, violence, or sexual misconduct.
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from Qallak.
- You will only maintain one single, authentic account at any given time.
3. Code of Conduct
Qallak is built for authentic, respectful communication. You agree that you will NOT:
- Upload photos or media containing explicit, pornographic, or violent content.
- Harass, stalk, abuse, or demean any other user.
- Impede the matching flow by running automated bots, scrapers, or fake profile software.
- Solicit money, share commercial advertising links, or run fraudulent schemes.
- Upload photos that do not belong to you or impersonate other individuals.
To preserve space and quality, Qallak enforces a profile completion score limit. Active accounts must complete 80%+ of their profile options to fully access the matching stack.
4. Purchases & Tokens
Qallak offers premium subscription tiers (Qallak Gold, Qallak Platinum) and digital consumables (Buna tokens, swipe boosters, profile rewinds) using third-party payment gateways (including Chapa).
Consumables & Expiration
Unused Buna tokens, debate extra-votes, or monthly profile boosts expire after their designated period (as stated during purchase) or upon account termination. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by local laws.
Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your mobile application platform settings (App Store / Google Play / Web Account Billing Panel).
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your Qallak account at our sole discretion, without warning or refund, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the community.
You can delete your account at any time directly in your account settings. Deleting your account will immediately remove your profile from the discovery stack and scrub all chat threads and matches from the active system according to our privacy timeline.
